Language of Instruction waiver is no longer approved for Bachelor of Nursing (NS40)

From semester one 2010, QUT will no longer accept TAFE Diploma of Nursing students under the Language of Instruction (LOI) waiver into the Bachelor of Nursing (NS40). All students with this background must provide an IELTS test score of IELTS 6.5 (with no sub-score lower than 6.0) (or the equivalent TOEFL) or complete the required QUT International College ELICOS package.

QUT Admissions will rescind and reoffer all affected 2010 or later NS40 Offer Letters in the near future, and will honour the conditions on current Offer Letters until this process is completed.

Note: These instructions apply to NS40 in 2010 and beyond. Admission will continue as normal for NS40 in 2009 (LOI is approved).
